What is the nature of this lawsuit / class action?
According to the complaints, GNC portrayed their products as on sale despite allegedly never offering their products at the higher “original” price.
What is the payout from the settlement if I am eligible?
$5 in cash or a $15 voucher for a future purchase, and a coupon for $30 off a $100 purchase. Class Members who made more than five purchases or who purchased more than $100 in products are eligible for an additional $5 cash benefit or $15 voucher. Proof of purchase required if claimants wish to claim multiple purchases.
